Compared with placebo, although there was no significant difference in the concentration of triglycerides and Framingham cardiovascular risk score in patients with diabetes, but orlistat diabetes significantly reduced waist circumference, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, hemoglobin A1C, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol concentrations.
